From Rigpa Glimpse of the day for:
September 18
It is important to remember always that the principle of egolessness does not mean that there was an ego in the first place but the Buddhists did away with it. On the contrary, it means there was never any ego at all to begin with. To realize this is called “agelessness.”

(I Can't Get No) Saddest Faction
Because the original quote's final sentence--in my inbox, anyway--actually reads, "To realize this is called 'egolessness,'" I infer that you are equating agelessness with egolessness. That seems to be an equation worth thinking on.
But I wonder if you intended to misquote, or was it accidental?
I suspect it was intentional not only because cut 'n' paste is pretty infallible without meddling, but also because of what you'd said in your most recent email to me about
Care to elaborate?

Hey, that is interesting. I did copy and paste it. I suspect that the auto-fix did not recognize egoless-ness, yeah there it goes, it does not like the word, does not recognize it. So auto fix changed it, and I saw that, and thought, Oh, I thought that ended with egoless-ness, but it says agelessness, well that makes sense, and it did make sense to me. It won't let me use egoless-ness unless I use a dash. Just keeps on changing it to agelessness. The ghost in the machine is crazy wisdom.
